By booking a service, you agree to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Deposits:

- Lina requires a £50.00 deposit in order to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable or transferable.
- Bookings are not secure without the payment of your booking fee.

Cancellations:

- If you do not show, or you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your event day, you will be charged the full service amount.
- If you choose to cancel your booking, the deposit is forfeited.

Late Arrivals:

- If you arrive late to your appointment, your booking will be shortened.

Appointment details:

- Lina's studio is located at her home in Henley-On-Thames, UK.
- Please advise if you are planning on bringing an additional person to your appointment.
- A confirmation email and reminder SMS will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.

Additional fees:

- Bookings out of hours 07:00am- 8:00pm will incur an additional fee starting at £10.00 per hour.
