Booking Policy

Booking & Securing Your Date

Your wedding date is secured once a signed booking agreement and non-refundable booking fee have been received. Due to the limited number of weddings accepted each season, dates cannot be held without payment.

Bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

Bridal Preview Appointment

A bridal preview appointment is highly recommended and allows us to create and refine your desired wedding look ahead of your special day.

Preview appointments are held at a mutually agreed location and are charged separately from the wedding day booking.

Wedding Day Services

On the day of your wedding, a calm, luxury experience will be provided to ensure you feel relaxed, confident, and beautifully prepared for your celebration.

Services are available for:

Brides
Bridal party members
Mothers of the bride & groom
Guests upon request

Travel & Destination Weddings

Based in London and available throughout the UK, Europe, and worldwide destinations.

Travel expenses, accommodation (where required), parking, tolls, and any additional travel-related costs will be quoted separately and added to the final balance.

For destination weddings, flights and accommodation may be required for early morning bookings or multi-day events.

Final Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the wedding date.

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations

The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In the unlikely event that the bride cancels the booking, all payments made are non-refundable within 30 days of the wedding date.

Should circumstances arise where Lina is unable to attend due to an emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted replacement artist.

Early Morning Bookings

Bookings requiring a start time before 5:30am may incur an additional early morning fee.

Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best possible results, clients are kindly asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and to disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the appointment.

Photography & Social Media

Images and videos taken during appointments may be used on the website and social media platforms unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
